Saturday I had another DJ gig. It was Feyer’s wedding at the Osthoff. Jocelyn headed up to Plymouth early to go to the salon with Billie. I headed up with the DJ equipment around noon. On the way up I stopped at TJ Maxx to pick up a new tie for the occasion. I then stopped at Feyer’s to get the first dance song CD. Once up in Plymouth I had work to do. First I ran to the Osthoff and set everything up which took an hour. Then I ran to Rich’s to work on the playlist. Things really got crazy then. The suit I had bought the night before ended up having the pants missing. I thought it was the guy at Boston Store’s fault but we ended up finding the pants on the bedroom floor when we got home. None-the-less I needed Rich to run to and get me some suit pants. He ended up finding a nice pair at Walmart of all the places. I finished up the playlist and it was off to the wedding. The wedding was a ways away and we were a little late. After the wedding we headed back to Rich’s for a little while before going to the Osthoff. The reception was in a huge hall. I was a little nervous as usual about all the DJing stuff. A lot of electronics and Murphy’s Law make me nervous. But all went off without a hitch. The wedding lasted until about midnight and then Rich helped me pack up everything. After the equipment was loaded up Rich, Billie, J and I when to Antonio’s in Plymouth. We stayed there until close and then headed the two blocks to Rich’s to call it a night. It was a pretty rough ride home on Sunday.
