Turning the Page

Well, goodbye Ron Dayne, hello Edgar Bennett. Another uneventful birthday, which is how they should be.

I did my birthday run. Success. 34 3.4 in 26.09, 7:41* pace. Beat down my Garmin virtual running partner doing my goal of 7:50. I’ve never wheezed like this in my life though *(had to stop twice for cross traffic. I stop, the timer stops). Time for some victory beers.

Rausagefest I

Well, I’m feeling a little better today. Should be back be “normal” after tonight. Next Rausagefest, no Goldschlager.

Thanks to all those that came to RF1. With the lack of leftovers and beer I trust that you all enjoyed yourself.

The movie screen ended up being pretty awesome when the sun went down. Many of you missed the Dazed and Confused/Big Lebowski double feature. Then again, many of you have seen that double feature with me at my house on other random Saturdays.

An extra thank you to those that don’t know how to follow instructions and brought a present for either D or myself.

I Saw it With My Own Two Eyes

D is walking, I witnessed it. She’s not just taking one baby step either, she’s actually walking. Looks like I’m going to be doing more running.

She Walks

I haven’t seen it with my own eyes yet but rumor has it D started
taking multiple steps tonight. Uh-oh.
